About fifteen plein air painters from California are painting the foothill lands belonging to the Sierra Foothill Conservancy.  These parcels are set aside for all time and allow open space between land that is owned.  Oil, pastel, and watercolor painters are working outdoors for the October show.  Penny Otwell is one of the local artists who will show their work from the year-long event.
